"As a Globalist, I received a room upgrade to the Nordic Suite, a nicely decorated room with a couch corner, a spacious bedroom area and a wonderful bathroom including a huge bathtub, a lovely rain shower and a private sauna, which was an amazing enhancement to our Stockholm trip in the middle of winter."

i found the staff helpful and friendly! everything i wanted to see in the old town was a quick walk right behind the building. the breakfast had many choices, i found that to be great. the sauna and pool are cozy!
The gym is small. It only has one treadmill.

The breakfast was okay, I suppose, but ordering it separately is quite pricey. I did expect more. the room doors really slam shut, it made it difficult to fall back asleep especially between 6:00 and 9:00. Not ideal when you want to sleep in on vacation. I did not get much rest because of it, this kind of ruined my experience.

The room i booked, a beautiful king room sauna, had a few issues. the sauna itself was nice, but the temperature control seemed off. It was either scalding hot or barely warm. i also noticed that the minibar prices were quite high. a small bottle of water cost more than i expected. these things didn't ruin my stay, but they were definitely disappointing.

I appreciated the location with views and easy walks to many attractions. Breakfast offered a wonderful buffet. The building has preserved history and up-to-date features I enjoyed the attentive staff. I will look to stay here on my next visit

i loved that i could easily walk to gamla stan. the bar manager denise really impressed me. she shared details about the building's design, including her contributions, so cool! the front desk staff was always so helpful with arrangements.

The hotel has a awesome breakfast with a great selection. Staff members were hospitable. They were attentive from check-in to check-out.
My room did not have cooling air-conditioning, only heating, not ideal. The hotel gym was also limited.
